For small, one-time projects, I'll respond via email to ask and answer any further questions so we can move forward together. Or, for larger-scale branding projects, we'll book a discovery call to explore all the finer details before I send out an agreement for you to sign. For larger projects, I require a 50% deposit taken via e-transfer, along with a signed agreement that ensures we are on the same page before I begin designing.
